Przystąp do mentoringu w ramach programu WILK!

Zapraszamy chętnych i zmotywowanych studentów do udziału w wyjątkowej formie kształcenia – cyklu spotkań z wybranym mentorem w obszarze zainteresowań własnych oraz specjalizacji wybranego mentora.

Adresaci programu

Studenci ll i lll roku studiów pierwszego stopnia oraz l i ll roku drugiego stopnia Wydziału Biologii na kierunkach: biologia, nauczanie biologii i przyrody, biologia i zdrowie człowieka, biotechnologia, bioinformatyka i ochrona środowiska, neurobiologia oraz edukacja przyrodniczo-leśna.

Cel programu

Rozwijanie zainteresowań naukowych studenta, wspieranie i motywowanie studenta w poszukiwaniu drogi indywidualnego rozwoju naukowego oraz osobistego.

Jak dołączyć?

W roku akademickim 2023/2024 w programie mentoringu uczestniczy 28 mentorów oferujących łącznie 32 miejsca dla studentów. Z sylwetkami mentorów oraz liczbą miejsc dostępnych u każdego z nich można zapoznać się na stronie projektu WILK w zakładce mentoring.

W celu przystąpienia do programu należy wykonać następujące kroki:

• Kliknij przycisk Rejestracja i wypełnij formularz zgłoszeniowy. Na podany adres e-mail zostanie przesłany link, po kliknięciu którego Twoje konto zostanie aktywowane. Po zakwalifikowaniu się i uruchomieniu programu mentoringu, na stronie studenta, będzie można kontaktować się ze swoim mentorem, zapoznawać z ogłoszeniami, materiałami dydaktycznymi oraz korzystać z narzędzi takich jak kalendarz spotkań, forum i czat.
• Do formularza umieszczonego na stronie studenta, widocznej po zalogowaniu się do serwisu, wprowadź list motywacyjny, zawierający informacje o Twoich zainteresowaniach z obszaru nauk przyrodniczych oraz motywacji do przystąpienia do programu. Przekonaj nas, że ten program jest dla Ciebie!
• Wskaż trzech mentorów, z którymi chciał(a)byś współpracować i wyślij zgłoszenie.

Termin nadsyłania zgłoszeń upływa 12 listopada 2023 o godzinie 23:59!

Dlaczego mam wybrać aż trzech mentorów?

Każdy z mentor posiada ograniczoną liczbę dostępnych miejsc. W przypadku otrzymania większej liczby zgłoszeń niż liczba dostępnych miejsc, mentor wybierze osoby z którymi będzie współpracował w oparciu o dostarczone listy motywacyjne. Twoje zgłoszenie będzie rozpatrywane przez trzech mentorów, w kolejności zgodnej z Twoimi preferencjami.

Co dalej?

14 listopada 2023 odbędzie się spotkanie mentorów Wydziału Biologii, podczas którego nastąpi wstępne przypisanie studentów do mentorów.

Jego wyniki zostaną umieszczone w Panelu Użytkownika na stronie https://wilkwb.web.amu.edu.pl Po otrzymaniu informacji o wyborze, zachęcamy do kontaktu z mentorem za pośrednictwem portalu i indywidualnego ustalenia szczegółów dotyczących spotkań.

Ponieważ jednym z podstawowych założeń mentoringu jest dobrowolność w jego udziale, na tym etapie będzie istniała jeszcze możliwość rezygnacji z programu bądź zmiany Mentora.

Join a mentorship within the WILK program!

WILK/WOLF project Support and placement of competencies (in Polish WILK Wspieranie i lokowanie kompetencji)

We invite eager and motivated students to participate in a unique form of training - a series of meetings with a selected mentor in the area of self-interest and specialization of the selected mentor.

Addresses of the program

Students of the l and ll year of the second degree of the Faculty of Biology in the following majors: biotechnology and environmental protection.

Purpose of the program

To develop the student's scientific interests, to support and motivate the student in finding the path of individual scientific and personal development.

How to join?

In the 2023/2024 academic year, 28 mentors participated in the mentoring program, offering a total of 32 places for students. You can learn about the profiles of the mentors and the number of places available with each of them on the WILK project website under the mentoring tab.

To join the program, follow the steps below:

• Click the Registration button and fill out the application form. A link will be sent to your email address, and after clicking on it, your account will be activated. Once you qualify and start the mentoring program, on the student page, you will be able to contact your mentor, view announcements, and teaching materials, and use tools such as the meeting calendar, forum, and chat.
• Enter a cover letter, including information about your interests in the field of life sciences and your motivation for joining the program, into the form on the student page, visible after logging into the site. Convince us that this program is for you!
• Identify three mentors with whom you would like to work and send your application.

The deadline for submissions is November 12, 2023, at 11:59 pm!

Why should I choose as many as three mentors?

Each mentor has a limited number of available spots. If more applications are received than the number of available spots, the mentor will select the people to work with based on the cover letters provided. Your application will be considered by three mentors, in order of your preference.

What's next?

On November 14, 2023, a meeting of mentors of the Biology Department will be held, during which the initial assignment of students to mentors will take place.

Its results will be posted in the User Panel at https://wilkwb.web.amu.edu.pl. After receiving information about the selection, you are encouraged to contact the mentor through the portal and make individual arrangements for the meetings.

Since one of the basic tenets of mentoring is that participation is voluntary, at this stage, There will still be an opportunity to opt out of the program or change Mentors.
